This dress is everything I cannot abide in a party frock. It is way too short. It is way too tight. It is very, very shiny. And it has something randomly hanging off the hem. Sigh. I don't even warm to The Berry very much.
And yet, look at this woman. She is 44 years old. Look at how her skin glows. Look.
This is a case of a magic if ever I saw it. It is the only explaination for the fact that Halle Berry looks staggeringly awesome. When, for every reason in the world, she shouldn't.
As my dear friend Janet says, everyone needs some spangle in their life. It is definitely working here.
