My other book club mate, Victoria Beckham, had her new baby girl a few weeks ago and has kept a rather low profile since. What with wanting to slim down a bit and putting her back out, it has been a time to hole up in her Malibu summer house and take it easy with new baby Harper. But now they are starting to get out and about. Aside from the total adorable-ness (new word) of the baby — especially when Becks is holding her — I am excited because I get to see how Victoria is dressing post-baby number four.

Well, all evidence points to dressing almost exclusively in black. I guess we shouldn't be that surprised. It's Vicky's default colour when she is feeling heavier. (I use the term VERY loosely, of course) But it is good to see her back in her leather Isabel Marant trousers and Christian Louboutin heels. Just so we know that all is well with the world. She did however, wear a cute little black smock dress and ballet flats on Sunday. And that very useful black bolero cardigan. Now where to find one of those...
