Store of the Day: Mungo & Jemima

I have decided to go out and about and find hidden store gems for you. The first is one that is not so hidden. Mungo & Jemima have featured on this blog before as they have been intelligent and creative with their marketing and buying.

This season they have the much sought after Missibaba handbags, the casual collection of printed basics from Sway, as seen at Virgin Mobile Cape Town Fashion Week, as well as a new, very girlie collection from Holiday. This is in addition to their regular stock of well cut, stylish, innovative women's clothes that are all made well and in good fabrics.

It doesn't hurt that their store staff are welcoming and friendly — although I am biased as one of them is blog favourite, Alex.

You can find Mungo & Jemima in central Cape Town on Long Street, opposite the Church Street market.
