Rihanna is the new face of Armani Jeans and, timed to coincide with the first day of New York Fashion Week, the first image from the campaign has been released. We have seen Rihanna with black hair, red hair, streaked and highlighted hair — and now we see her in blonde hair. I am pretty confident that it is a wig, however, what do you think? Should she be looking at blonde as a full-time option?
The campaign was shot by Steven Meisel and it is an arresting and powerful image. It is also memorable and a departure for the brand. All good. But does it capture the moment?
