For those of you who are interested, preggers Lily Allen has now opened her vintage clothing store in Covent Garden, London, called Lucy in Disguise. Together with her sister, Sarah, Lily launched the store yesterday and the web site can be seen at www.lucyindisguise.com.
Now, as much as I like a good vintage store — especially those selling Ossie Clark and Biba — I really, really would prefer it if Lils could just stick to her singing. I love her music. I think it is smart, witty, catchy and relevant. I am not so sure any of these apply to the LID store based just on the website. Having said that, my next visit to London will involve a drop in. You can count on that.
