In between laughing her face off with Anna Wintour (who knew the devil(goddess) could laugh??)she posed in her Marchesa dress. I have to say on first glance I thought that it may have been MJ for Louis Vuitton. What with all that African print influence, I had a tiny weeny hope that it may have been an African designer. But no. Marchesa.
Please, please, please local designers, let's own our own influences and aesthetic. Let's take it authentically to the world and not let them appropriate it for themselves. The talent is here. We just need to get it out there.
