Style Notes from London: Accessories Report
A bit of an update on what the girls and boys on the streets of London are accessorising with these days... Well, the checked lightweight scarf is as prolific as ever, breaking out from the black & white and now featuring colours such as purple and green with the white. Both genders are using this as the staple accessory of the season.
Girls are also embracing the enormous flower brooch/hair clip as influenced by the recent Sex and the City movie, as well as the quilted handbag — real or copied Marc Jacobs and Chanel — largely in grey, black or red.

Boys are accessorising with the second release of the iPhone and everyone in town wants to be seen with brand new trademark white earphones. In terms of bags, boys are sticking with the larger messenger bag, slung across the body.
