So imagine my surprise when I saw this image of Florence Welch (always both names — you know how some people are just so cool or so good looking, they should always be referred to by their full name?) Anyway, I think she looks amazing. She retains her femininity and style, whilst giving in to the heat and the situation. It's a perfect dress up — dress down combination.
