It seems counter intuitive that in the depth of the coldest winter the Northern Hemisphere has had for decades, the little white dress (currently a summer essential) has made a super-strong trend appearance. Over the past week Gwyneth Paltrow, Michelle Williams, Jessica Alba and Kirsten Bell have all scored big  in the style stakes with their own versions of the little white dress.
I love Gwyneth's lace ladylike Monique Lhuillier version that she wore to receive her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. I am less keen on the shorter, poufier versions — but that is just my personal taste. Which is your favourite?
