Ajak Deng and Ataui Deng are not related. However, they were both born in the Sudan. They both closed the Lanvin spring show this year. They share a surname and we are told they are good friends, based as they are now in New York. And now they get very up close and cosy in the new autumn/winter issue of Arise Magazine.
Ajak calls Melbourne, Australia home and Ataui has lived in San Antonio, Texas for many years. But both models have had a fantastic year, culminating in this editorial shoot in Paris. I can't wait to see what they accomplish in 2011. Let's all keep an eye on our girls.
