Neo-90210 star Jessica Lowndes turned 22 this year and decided to celebrate in Las Vegas. So far, so blah.
But I wanted to point something out. This colour. This draped silk chiffon of a dress. It is so very pretty. I am sitting with a similar draped cerulean silk Balenciaga dress in the office today and I have to say that it is a winner. Just add that gold clutch or cuff and a pair of heels and you have the perfect party dress for this season. Now to find one I can afford before the office party! Any ideas?
