Captains Log 4, Blog Week 132
Welcome to another frantic week of fashion. This has been a week crammed full of beautiful people and we have tried to cover it all here on the blog. Snippets that haven't been detailed fo ryou yet include:
1. Apparently, we just found out today, that sneaky Kate Moss popped off to the isle of Sicily on 7th August to marry her long-term boyfriend of three years, Jamie Hince of the band The Kills. Apparently. Obviously everyone is denying the story, but it has made most of the international reputable newspapers so who knows...
2. Levi Strauss South Africa is encouraging consumers to be kinder to the environment by recycling their old jeans while giving back to the community. 3. This week my friends at Louis Vuitton sent out a link to all the blogs with behind the scenes footage from the spring/summer 11 Paris shows. I haven't been able to find the time to watch it yet, but if you get a chance this weekend, check it out here. I am told you will see Marc Jacobs, Lily Allen, Kirsten Mcnamy, Alexa Chung amongst others.
