The new cult dress of the summer was first worn by Léa Seydoux, the actress starring in the new Woody Allen movie, for her photo call in Cannes. It caused a stir. It is the Prada baltico blue Azulejo print popeline dress with cap sleeves from their summer 2011 collection. The design is based on the square tiles of the Portuguese heartland and it is represented in many versions. Subsequently it has also been seen (several times) on the lovely Jennifer Garner as well as on Jennifer Aniston as we celebrated last week here on the blog.
There are sure to be many high street versions of the dress being made as we speak for our summer. So keep an eye out and look for the block prints, nipped in waists and capped sleeves. You too can be wearing a cult-like classic this summer.
