Today I am preparing for Joburg Fashion Week which begins this evening. Now, usually when I am in this mighty African city I feel a bit like a stranger in a strange land, but after my week in London, I actually feel like I am at home. The sun is blazing, the power is surging and I am starting to get really excited about the collections that will be paraded in front of me over the next four days. Keep coming back as I will be posting a bit more than usual as I try and share my experience of fashion week with you.The photo is my favourite pre-London photo that I took of a great girl called Bubbles. A more appropriate name would be hard to find. She has layered a couple of thin jersey knits which works really well with her jeans and gold ballet pumps with bows.
