Hot for spring/summer 2009 in the northern hemisphere are two wonderful bold colours. But don't wait until the end of the year to introduce them into your wardrobe. It is time to keep pace and get on trend now — and then work out how you are going to carry them through the winter. The first is Cobalt blue, which has been lurking on the outskirts of cool for a couple of seasons now. Usually as a winter colour — now bang on for summer too. And Coral (or bright salmon) is the surprise colour choice for summer. I recently took the plunge and bought a silk dress from Banana Republic in this shade, but Country Road also has a good selection.
