If someone came up to me and said mini, midi, maxi to me I would be having a flashback to Latin lessons in a heartbeat. But what it really applies to here is the fact that this year any wardrobe of a self-respecting fashionista will include dresses and skirts in varying lengths — essentially including a maxi and a midi for the new winter season.
I decided to use my fantasy book club mates as the examples — so here is Victoria Beckham and Alexa Chung in all the relevant lengths of the season.
I am personally going to stick to knee length, mid-calf and ankle length as it is most appropriate for my age and build — but I am excited about having so much choice as it is! Awesome.
