Where I work at O Magazine, we are very privileged to have readers who are financially in a solid position. Of course, not all of them can run out and buy all the delicious fashion we feature on our pages, but a few can and the rest (like me) love having something to aspire to, something to dream about owning one day.
And so we keep the dream alive by making sure our fashion pages always look glamorous, super-fashionable and very desirable. If you are not currently a reader — go on, go and pick up a copy, I promise you you won't be disappointed.
And at O we are lucky to work with partners like exquisite jewellery maker Cartier to bring the style pages to life. I only mention them because the delightfully best-dressed Carey Mulligan turned up at the British Independent Film Awards this past weekend in this gorgeous and unexpected pleated poppy Prabal Gurung dress and peep-toe heels. And more importantly the very pink gold, diamond and onyx Cartier double cocktail ring we recently featured in O Mag. You can't actually see it in the picture, but if you get the mag, you will drool!
